Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the mobile game Ones: 1v1 Basketball ("the Game") handles, and why. The Game is published by Soft Spin ("we", "us"). If anything here is unclear, email onesbasketballgame@gmail.com.
Information we collect ourselves
None. The Game has no accounts, no sign-in, and no registration. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or microphone or camera access. Your progress — cash, XP, unlocked items, settings — is stored only on your own device and is not transmitted to us.
Information collected by services we use
The Game includes third-party services that collect some information on their own behalf:
- Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) serves the optional rewarded video advertisements in the Game. To do this it may collect a device advertising identifier, IP address, device model, operating system version, and information about how advertisements were interacted with. This is used to deliver and measure advertisements and to limit repeated ads.
- Apple App Store and Google Play process any purchases made in the Game. We never see or receive your payment card details. We receive only confirmation that a purchase completed, and aggregated sales reporting from the store.

Advertising choices
Watching an advertisement in the Game is always optional — no advertisement is ever required to keep playing. You can limit personalised advertising on your device at any time: on iPhone or iPad under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, and on Android under Settings › Google › Ads.
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, email us at the address above and we will look into it.
Data retention and security
Because we do not collect personal information, we hold no personal data to retain or delete. Game progress lives on your device and is removed when you delete the Game. Data held by the third-party services listed above is retained according to their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information held about you. As we hold none, such requests are best directed to the third-party services above. You are welcome to contact us and we will help where we can.
Changes to this policy
If the Game changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the Game's store listing release notes.
